We regularly obtain Licences for Alterations and have successfully worked with major freeholders including The Crown Estate, Grosvenor Group and Cadogan Estates, as well as a wide range of private block management companies. We also have experience managing complex and integrated schemes, ensuring all approvals are secured efficiently and correctly.

Yes. We support clients with lender and mortgage requirements by coordinating directly with banks and valuers. This includes valuation of works, providing reassurance that works are being carried out correctly, supporting cashflow requirements for the mortgagee, and fully coordinating with the lender before works commence, during construction, and at completion. We have experience working with institutions such as Royal Bank of Canada, as well as smaller private lenders including Mera Investments.
