Architectural Design
We create original designs for bespoke joinery items including dressing rooms, vanity units, kitchens, pantries, cinema rooms, cabinets, and display units. We provide physical samples and detailed drawings to help clients clearly visualise each piece. Our joinery construction team then manufactures and installs these items globally, ensuring a seamless transition from design to completion.
Joinery Design & Build
We provide a turnkey service, overseeing and coordinating every aspect of the project on the client’s behalf. We act as the central point of communication, connecting clients with all consultants and contractors throughout the process. Our project management team has delivered successful outcomes on complex, intricate, and fast-track projects across a wide range of types, sizes, and values.
Project Management
To support our design service, we coordinate the construction works using a carefully selected group of craftsmen and local building teams. They are skilled at delivering projects within defined timeframes, meeting the design goals, and working within agreed budget parameters.
Building Construction
We provide an annual property management service covering landlord, leaseholder, building and general rental management needs. This service is ideal for clients who require dedicated, on the ground support for the ongoing care of their property. Our property management offering is available for all London based projects.

Building Safety Regulator (BSR) & Health and Safety Executive (HSE)
We manage Building Safety Regulator (BSR) and Health and Safety Executive (HSE) applications as part of our project delivery, with direct experience on high risk buildings. Our team has worked on complex and sensitive schemes, including projects at Whitehall Court in London, ensuring full compliance with current building safety legislation, regulatory gateways and approval processes.
