Leading the full interior design & architectural scope for a Grade II listed townhouse in Kensington, London.
Our team has secured all listed planning permissions and is delivering the complete technical drawing package, along with full management of the building contractor.
The project includes a private swimming pool, landscaped rear garden, and underground parking. This residence is set to become one of our most impressive projects yet.
South Kensington | London
Construction Budget: £750,000
Developing a major conversion project in South Kensington within the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.
Formerly a primary school, it is being transformed into a high end luxury duplex residence. We have secured the listed planning permissions, coordinated the licence for alterations with the freeholder, and is delivering the full interior architectural design & project management.
The project is currently onsite and will be one of our most detailed to date.
Beirut | Lebanon
Construction Budget: £350,000
We are actively working on the interior design of a new high end duplex apartment. The scope includes bespoke joinery, custom fabrics, finishes, and fully tailored furniture.
All design work is being developed in the UK with installation coordinated for the apartment in Beirut.

Delivering a high end renovation of a four floor townhouse in Olympia, London.
The project includes a large rear extension that opens the internal spaces to the garden, creating a bright and generous family home.
We have secured all planning permissions and are providing full interior design services, technical detailing, and onsite project management. The works are currently underway on site.

This project comprises a comprehensive renovation of a Mayfair townhouse, including a new basement extension and a full internal remodel across four floors.
The works include complete reconfiguration of the interiors, structural alterations, and a fully coordinated interior design scheme throughout. Our scope also includes the planning application to secure approval for new air conditioning installations, carefully integrated to meet both planning and conservation requirements.

This project involves the renovation of a high end penthouse located in the Grade II* listed Whitehall Court building, classified as a high risk building.
The works comprise a full internal remodel, supported by planning submissions, Building Safety Regulator applications, and a Licence for Alterations process. The project includes a fully developed interior design scheme and comprehensive onsite management within a highly protected and sensitive property, with The Crown Estate acting as freeholders.
