Restaurant interior design & project management for Mama Framboise. This included concept development, spatial planning, kitchen flow optimisation, lighting strategy and the full delivery of the site from early design to opening. The project brought together Parisian patisserie traditions with a modern, warm and welcoming visual language, using handcrafted materials, refined detailing and a strong brand narrative throughout the space.
